Spaghetti with Courgettes

500 gr spaghetti;
800 gr courgettes;
3 dl olive oil;
50 gr butter;
100 gr grated Parmesan;
100 gr Sorrento cheese (caciocavallo) 1-2 days;
salt enough; basil enough

Cooking Instructions

fry in a pan with olive oil the courhettes cutted into thin slices until golden. Place them in a bowl, seasoning them with grated Parmesan, salt and fresh basil. Then add two tablespoons of oil in the same frying. After an hour of rest ..., boil the spaghetti and mix them on the fire, with butter, corgettes, shredded the cheese and a ladle of the same cooking water.
